It has been a while since my last Dirty, Pretty, Thing post, and admittedly, I am excited to finally get back into doing them.
Recently I have been reading and watching so many lifestyle, wellness and overall positivity books and videos, which have really gotten me into the swing of some good healthy habits – which is something I want to keep up with and bring to this space.
One of the habits I’ve adopted is the Miracle Morning Routine, and if you aren’t aware of what it is, there is a great blog post which I used to start out, which you can read over here . In summary it is basically waking up about an hour earlier than you normally would to get ready to set time aside for meditation (headspace is great for this), reading, journalling, affirmations and so forth to set you up for a good day.
